Brief History:
John and Patti Weaver began building homes in 1996 in the first phase of Audubon Woods along with John’s father, Bobby Weaver. In 2002, John and Patti struck out on their own and launched MBL Homes. Because of their growing success and popularity, John and Patti decided in the latter months of 2007 to expand their capabilities by incorporating and adding Tim and Kim Davenport as partners. The new corporation is doing business as Heritage Homes.
Heritage Homes now builds custom homes all throughout Brazoria and Matagorda Counties, with subdivisions in Richwood and Bay City. With this increase in productivity, the Heritage Homes team has also grown. Michele Smith has been added as a project manager, Marty Fontenot has been added for the growing purchasing demands, and Ben Holt has been added for Sales and Marketing support. With the new team in place, Heritage Homes plans on continuing the tradition of its founders by building a quality home while staying focused on the needs and wants of the homebuyer.
